My policies aim to be both fair and supportive:
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours’ notice
• With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be charged in full
(but I will always try to offer an alternative where possible)
